Kartup AI helps shoppers in India find genuinely good deals across stores like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and Croma. This page explains, in plain language, how Kartup earns money — and why that never changes the advice you get.

How Kartup earns

Some links on Kartup are affiliate links. When you tap one and buy something, the store may pay Kartup a small commission. You pay the same price either way — the commission comes out of the store's margin, not your pocket.

Retailer links are routed through our partner networks, vCommission for product Buy links and CueLinks for coupons and general outbound links, so the store can attribute the sale. Where no campaign matches the retailer, you get the store's own plain URL and we earn nothing from that click.

What this does not change

Rankings are earned, not bought. A higher commission never moves a product up the list. Ranking uses the price the retailer listed, how recently we checked it, and how well the product matches what you asked for.
Implausible markdowns are withheld. Where a retailer states an original price, we check whether the markdown is plausible and drop the listing when it is not. We do not hold a 90-day price history for most products, and where we have no history the card says so.
Honest gaps. If we don't have rating or price data for an item, we show "Rating pending" rather than make a number up.
