Kartup AI (the "Platform") is a technology-driven AI search and price-comparison engine. We are not a retailer, seller, or logistics provider. We do not maintain any inventory, nor do we operate a warehouse or delivery fleet. All purchases initiated through the Platform are finalized on third-party merchant websites.
Because the actual transaction occurs on the merchant's platform, the responsibility for shipping and handling lies entirely with the merchant from whom the product is purchased.
Carrier Selection: The choice of courier (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, Amazon Transportation Services) is made by the merchant, not Kartup AI.
Shipping Fees: Any shipping charges, "Prime" delivery fees, or "Platform fees" are determined by the merchant and will be visible on their final checkout page. Kartup AI's "AI Verdict" does not include variable shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
The delivery estimates provided on the Kartup AI Platform are mirrored from the merchant's data at the time of your "Deep Scan."
Kartup AI is not responsible for delays caused by merchant logistics, weather conditions, festive season rushes, or incorrect address entry.
Any "Same Day Delivery" or "Next Day Delivery" promises are subject to the merchant's terms and your specific pin code.
Since your payment was made to a third-party merchant, Kartup AI does not have access to your live tracking ID or order status. To track your package, please log in to the account of the merchant where you completed the purchase (e.g., go to "Your Orders" on Amazon).
Kartup AI support staff cannot "speed up" or "check" the status of your delivery.

You must contact the customer support of the merchant where the purchase was made. Kartup AI has no legal standing to intervene in disputes between a buyer and a merchant regarding physical delivery or logistics.
Kartup AI currently optimizes deals for the Indian domestic market. If you are using the app to purchase items for international shipping through a global merchant, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or international shipping surcharges applied by the merchant.
We recommend all users keep the merchant's mobile app installed for real-time delivery notifications. Kartup AI will never call you or send SMS messages asking for "Delivery Charges" or "COD Verification." Beware of phishing: If you receive a call asking for money for a Kartup delivery, hang up immediately—it is a scam.
