The "Kartup Alpha" period (May 23, 2026 – June 23, 2026) is an early-access promotional phase. Kartup AI reserves the right to limit the number of "Deep Scans" per user during this period to ensure server stability for the community. Access is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. INFLUENCER & PARTNER CONTENT

Kartup AI collaborates with independent content creators and YouTubers.

Independence: Opinions expressed by influencers are their own. Kartup AI does not guarantee that every user will achieve the exact savings demonstrated in promotional videos, as bank offers and marketplace prices fluctuate in real-time.

Accuracy: Any "Live Demo" shown in promotions reflects the data available at that specific second. Users should perform their own "Deep Scan" within the app to get the most current verdict.

3. REFERRAL & REWARDS PROGRAM (IF APPLICABLE)

If Kartup AI introduces a referral mechanism (e.g., "Refer 3 Friends for Alpha Priority"):

Human-Only: Referrals must be real human beings. The use of "disposable emails," "bot accounts," or "click farms" to gain referral credits is strictly prohibited.

Kartup AI reserves the right to disqualify any user and wipe their "Savings Tracked" history if fraudulent promotional activity is detected.

4. "6 MONTHS FREE" GUARANTEE

Kartup AI commits to providing its core "Deep Scan" and "Bank Logic" features free of charge for at least the first 180 days from the official launch date (May 23, 2026).

This promotion covers the API costs for Gemini AI and platform maintenance.

5. NO CASH VALUE

Any "Savings Tracked" or "Badges" (e.g., Gold Buy Badge) displayed within the user profile:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be redeemed for real currency, gift cards, or physical goods from Kartup AI.

Are strictly for the purpose of tracking personal shopping performance and community leaderboard rankings.

6. MODIFICATION OF PROMOTIONS

Kartup AI Technologies reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion, contest, or "Alpha Perk" at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of the Kartup AI management team shall be final and binding.
